This next Sunday is going to be Teacher Appreciation Sunday at First Baptist Grandview. I am so proud of the teachers we have in our church. Some have been teaching for years and others have been teaching for a short time. Many hours go into preparing a lesson each week to challenge us to grow in our faith.
I want to personally say thank you to our teachers for their time and commitment to our church family, and I hope you will take an opportunity this week to take a moment to drop your teacher a card, make a phone call, or share a simple hug to say a great big THANK YOU for what they do!
We will be having a luncheon for the teachers and their families next Sunday at noon to show them our appreciation.
