Thursday of this past week I dressed up as the Easter Bunny for our little ones in the Children’s Day Out program. I had so much fun doing it and could do whatever I wanted, since the kids did not know it was me. I had my costume on! As I thought about that, I wondered how often we put our masks on when we walk into church or spend time with our Christian friends?
On this Easter Sunday I challenge you to take the mask off . . . be who God made you to be. There are times when life is hard, and it is alright to let others know. If we don’t share our burdens with one another, then how can we pray for each other?
